Course Registration
All families will use EnrollJeffco in December to indicate whether their students will be attending their district-assigned (neighborhood) school or applying to other schools in the district for the following year.
High School Registration (Current 8th Grade Students)
Conifer High School registration materials are delivered to current 8th grade students in January through social studies classes and collected about a week later through Advise classes.
Conifer High School counselors visit 8th grade social studies classes in early January. Every student is given a course selection sheet to fill out with classes they want to take. Once online registration is opened in Campus at the end of January, families can input those classes into Campus.
Middle School Elective Registration (Current 6th and 7th Grade Students)
WJMS counselors will visit 6th and 7th grade social studies classes in early February. Every student is given an elective selection sheet to fill out with elective classes they want to take. Once online registration is opened in Campus, students can input those classes into Campus. Then, counselors will collect course selection sheet one week later.
Middle School Registration (Current 5th Grade Students)
Here at WJMS, there is not an elective registration process for incoming sixth graders, as we use the wheel concept. With the wheel concept, all sixth grade students get a chance to try out each of the six electives that are offered for their grade level. This will allow them to broaden their scope when it comes to elective pathways at WJMS.
**Please note, if your student is in band/orchestra (or planning to be), there will be a Google Form available in May to share your intentions for instrumental music.
